RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please return the item to us in its original condition (with labels attached) **
To do so please supply us with a written notice of cancellation / return within 7 working days of receipt of the item to:

* You will be responsible for paying for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is securely wrapped and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit to us.
** Please note: When returning the item, and for your convenience, the returns address label is on the postal packaging. Please include with your item, your name, address, order ID number and reason for cancellation.
Refunds
We aim to process your refund as soon as possible using the same method originally used by you to pay for your item and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation / return. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

DAMAGE OR INCORRECT DELIVERY
For all claims of damage please support with photographic evidence. If you are returning the goods owing to damage or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.
