The classic Morningwear tailcoat. Available in four colours. The morning coat is the tailcoat of the daytime, it first appeared in the1890’s and is promoted as a dressy yet less formal alternative to the frock coat. Adapted from a far earlier design, the coat already had its distinctive curved back ‘skirt’ and had three to four buttons rather than just one.
